Just made BRP and website said I

I thought it was non-refundable.

Yes it does say that but once you click on agreeing to their terms and conditions it will tell you the deposit is non-refundable.
Why they have both of those things stated on there no one knows but it has been there from day one. But it is for sure non-refundable.
