OMG!!! OMG!!! I just made an offer on a BLT re sale!!! I am flipping out. I am so excited! I feel like I am dreaming!!! I just had to share. I had posted a little while back that the DH was not convinced DVC was a good move for us but I did my research and we agree it is a good move. Whooo Hooo! Waiting to hear back from the agent. OMG I can't believe it.

Wow, I can hear you screaming over here in California ! Yippee and I hope you hear back with an acceptance soon! Then you can scream when you pass ROFR and scream again when you are in the system .

I really really know how you feel!! We went through the same excitement in February also with our first BLT purchases (bought 2 contracts resale). The next step is the agonizing wait until you pass ROFR!! Looking forward to hearing your OMG, OMG again in about one month!!
