They told me I had to do SMS for the first two weeks! I am very type a, I like to count and measure so this plan scares me. And the "stop when you are satisfied" also concerns me. If I did that I wouldn't need weight watchers. But we will see I guess.
Do you have stools where you can change to tracking and get the info to do so? I don't think simply filling will EVER work for me, nor do I want it to, so I would have serious problems being force to do simple start at the beginning. I personally would go back to the meeting center and have a chat with them if you really do not wish to do that.

Welcome back everyone! So far this week has been tough I'm working 60 hours and exhausted. But I just gotta keep on keeping on! Anyone discover any favorite snacks? If you have any good finds, please share. I found the Skinny Cow Salted a pretzel ice cream bars they are awesome. I also tried the WW chip snacks, red pepper flavor. They are AWFUL. Don't waste your money!
