Anyone else just starting out or doing simply filling? :goodvibes
 
I just joined but I am doing the points plus instead of the simple start plan. I already eat most of the foods and can over snack even on the so good healthy food.

They told me I had to do SMS for the first two weeks! I am very type a, I like to count and measure so this plan scares me. And the "stop when you are satisfied" also concerns me. If I did that I wouldn't need weight watchers. But we will see I guess.
 
I just started doing it from home. Meetings are not in my budget at the moment. :sad: Thankfully the internet has a bunch of stuff and my friend said she would be my accountability partner.

Do you have etools where you can change to tracking and get the info to do so? I don't think simply filling will EVER work for me, nor do I want it to, so I would have serious problems being forced to do simple start at the beginning. I personally would go back to the meeting center and have a chat with them if you really do not wish to do that.

Congrats!!!! I'm down 4.5 lbs. Almost done shedding the weight I gained over Christmas. :yay:
 
Hi all! I am not new to WW, I joined in December 2012 and lost 30 lbs. over the course of the year, I did however stop making progress in November '13 with a vacation and then the holidays. I'm back to tracking now and will attend my first meeting in a few months this Saturday.

Really?! Our leader said we should do SMS UNLESS counting the points has worked...so we had the option. I haven't tried Simply Filling but I don't think it would work for me long-term...I think it would make me feel like I'm giving up too much. That's what I like about Points+, that I can eat whatever I want as long as I track it! :thumbsup2

Lately I haven't been as diligent as I have in the past so I'm trying to restart this year...good luck everyone!
 
I need the structure of counting points in order to lose. I try and follow simply filling when I am on vacation though. 23 lbs down and 7 weeks until WDW. Hoping to lose another 20 before I leave!
 
Just started up again two weeks ago. I fell away last July and had been struggling to get back on track.
 
Welcome back everyone! So far this week has been tough I'm working 60 hours and exhausted. But I just gotta keep on keeping on! Anyone discover any favorite snacks? If you have any good finds, please share. I found the Skinny Cow Salted a pretzel ice cream bars they are awesome. I also tried the WW chip snacks, red pepper flavor. They are AWFUL. Don't waste your money!

Those Skinny Cow ice cream bars are to die for!!!!! :love: I bought this kale salad kit at Safeway with almonds and bacon bits. So good!!!! I only add a hint of each with a 1/2 tbs of low fat blue cheese dressing. :thumbsup2 I think I will have another one now that I think about it! ::yes::
