Ok, so I've made the down payment and closing costs, signed all the docs and got my copies back in the mail. Friday I received my membership card and today got the 2010 planner. I also got the maintenance dues payment schedule in the mail so my question is this....Has the closing already happened and should I have received some kind of confirmation?
Does anyone know if any associates on my account should receive a membership card? or am I the only one who gets one since it's in my name?
When I originally spoke to Doug on the phone I informed him that I needed my DVC payment to be taken out on the 15th of the month but my dues payment schedule says it will be deducted on the first of the month. Will I be notified of when the first mortgage payment will be taken? If they screwed up and scheduled my payments to be on the first of the month how much of a pain is it to change it?
I am so happy we finally are finacially able to join DVC
. We've wanted to since 2004 but it wasn't feasible til now. We are looking so forward to our 1st trip to Kadani in Dec., hoping to split the ressie with BLT and also become purple box groupies.
