Can we only book our stays through member services? Also, are the hours really only Mon - Fri?

Yes, only member services has access to your points through the DVC point system. Yes, they are only open Mon-Fri., but they are open into the evening hours on Thursday. You can also make a reservation through the email on the member's web site.

I believe ms hours are 9 am to 5:30 pm mon through friday with thursday being open until 7PM.

On the other hand, on the east coast MS is open during normal business hours. I would rather wake up at 6:00 A.M. and call MS right away while I'm at home than have risk the chance of not being able to call from the office.
