I am here... but, oh boy...all the shenanigans and FB posts have me about to break out in hives!!! That large of a group? that many crazies? Such loose "when we get there" plans... EEEEKKKK! This all makes me a BIT nervous. I am sure it will be fun, but working out the logistics...

On another note...I may have another trip planned at that time.
BUT, I would totally be glad to have LOTS of Dismeets while I am there...if the dates match.

It is still a ways off, so many things can change. Keep me in the loop, though. Now, I better skidaddle, need to be looking up Food Network restaurants between here and Orlando...

Oh, and I see I have a Movie Night to plan, too! I will be sure to borrow some tents and sleeping bags to sleep everyone. Anyone up for a backyard bonfire and camping that night?

Sometimes, I really dislike having to work. I land on page 3! Oh well, I will need a job in order to pay for trips.

If there isn't room in a van, I guess I can fly into Orlando, but half the fun would be the van ride. Two years, so who knows. Maybe I will move half way across the country by then. You just never know with me.

I couldn't get on the Dis at work, so I'm late to the party, but I.AM.SO.IN!!!!

I may end up flying to Chicago, which seems rather silly when we are going to FL, however, the trip down will be loads of fun and I wouldn't miss it for anything.

I agree that St Louis is going to be way off track, maybe they can meet us somewhere closer???

October sounds like fun to me - stay away from that yucky cold white stuff. Terri - if you want some, we'll send you ours.

I agree too about StLois. If I have to fly to Chicago......which is just as far to fly as it would be to fly directly down there....then they can fly somewhere on the route too....right?

I thought we were talking 2018.....I'm not so sure I can do 2016. I have to skip this next year, so the next time I am able to take Bradey is 2016. And that would be the last time before he is a Disney adult. So I have to take him then.

How long a trip are we talking? If we are only taking a week for the whole thing, and driving down....that will take a couple days of that week. Plus flying......we won't have much time there.

I hate to miss all the driving craziness, but I really think I would have to fly down and meet you. It just doesn't make sense to fly west 3 hours when flying south 3 hours would put me there! I only have 2 weeks vacation....so I can't take more than a week. And even that is tough without my little guy. We'll see. Definitely interested. I would love to make it happen. But we will see. The timing kinda sucks for me

But ever since the log flume ride at Mall of America, I have been dreaming of a trip with you guys! Maybe I'll win the lottery and it will all happen

Not sure where you all are getting the idea that we are going down through stl? In my original post, I said Terri was flying in to stl to meet up with Lori, they they were meeting us somewhere convenient... As in, on our route down... Maybe I didn't explain that well enough?

I guess if flying down is the only option for Suzi, then we'll have to take what we can get, right? But the drive down will be half the fun, I think., and I'd be truly bummed if she couldn't get in on part of that.

I am not sure how many days we will be on the road? Mo did the trip in one day, driving straight through. We have enough drivers that we could do that, but I really don't have any desire to do that much driving... I am guessing maybe 2-3 days on the road? Not sure that we will have the time for movie night at Connie's? Even though it would be a ton of fun!

Looking at a map, we'd take the most direct route... Chicago through Indianapolis, to Nashville to Atlanta to Orlando... I've never driven this, so I am not sure if its the best route? It seems to be the most direct... So anyone that would want to join in would have to meet us along whichever route we take.
