Just how lovely are the peopl on the Disney phoneline?

I just called up to change our hotel to the Sequoia Lodge and Beppe on the other end of the line was just a delight!

He noticed that it is going to be my Daughter's Birthday while we are there and made a special note on the reservation to (and I quote) "spoil the little one silly!"

He ended by saying we only had 200 days to go - he was just great - just thought I'd share!

I hope i dont come across negative on this one but if she is then shes amongst the luckys ones .......Disneys inconsistancy shines through on this subject im afraid ,there are numerous posts re this...like i say lets hope she is but dont hold your breath.

Quite honestly I doubt she will get something - I have read about the inconsistencies - my point wasn't about that - the point was that the guy who picked up the phone made the effort! He made a point of noticing it would be Isabelle's Birthday - that alone is excellent customer service.

Do you know if its any cheaper booking via phone than it is online?
