I remember when my grandmother used to cook scrambled eggs with crumbled up brains. I hated them. I thought that it was going to be ground sausage and scrambled eggs mixed together. It might be an old southern thing...lol.

SOMEONE keeps sending me these unusual cans of meat (?) products.
I have a can of pork brains in milk gravy (Armour brand). Ray the picture on the can does show them (?) mixed with eggs. At least that's what it looks like! Then I have a yummy can of "potted meat food product" (LIbby brand). Here's the ingredients: mechanically separated chicken, partially defatted cooked pork fatty tissue, beef tripe, partially defatted cooked beef fatty tissue! Who would eat that!?!?!?! I wouldn't feed that to a rat, let alone a person!

Ray, definitely come to Jellyrolls.....all you have to do is plant yourself in a chair and watch the 'entertainment' (meaning, have your chair facing the audience and not the stage!

Thank you, Tia. It's getting from one place to the next without worrying whether on not that I can make it the long distances. But I am determined to make everthing this year...lol.
