Just How Crowded is JERSEY WEEK ???

OK - I am totally naive, I guess --- we booked a Magical Gatherings vacation for 11/4-11/12. I had read somewhere that fall is a great time at WDW weather and crowd-wise, but only just found out about the famed "Jersey Week" !!! Incidently, I am from NJ and chose that week so we'd only have to take ds out of school for three days ( they have Thurs and Fri off for Teachers' Convention ) . I guess we weren't the only ones with that brilliant idea So how crowded should we expect it to be? I wasn't expecting walk-on lines like after Christmas, but was hoping it wouldn't be too crowded to be fun ... We are traveling with six kids under 8 so wait time is a serious concern. I'd love to hear from anyone who has been there that week or anyone with tips for us - Thanks!

I am going 11/04-11/09 and thought it wouldn't be busy, but I just noticed on touringplans.com that the crowds are predicted to be at a 7/10 from the 6th on. That's the same as the summertime, which we swore off after the crowds we encountered. Ack!! I'm getting a bit worried myself.

we were there during jersey week last year and it wasn't that bad. Honestly, the really popular rides had 45 minute waits by mid afternoon but lots of others were a walk on, most were in the 20 minute range. Use fastpass, have a plan of attack and you'll be just fine

We've experienced Jersey Week twice in the recent past. On both of those visits we didn't wait in any line more than 10 or 15 minutes. We used FP extensively which really helped on the more popular attractions!

Well, we're avoiding Jersey Week this year. We've been there during Jersey Week for several weeks running. It's always seemed crowded to us.
