We had an amazing time, thanks to all of the tips from you guys! The parks were more crowded and the weather hotter than I would have liked, but we survived. It was so great to be at BWPPI to walk back to the hotel for our afternoon break.

Our son was in a wheelchair. Thanks to someone here, we thought to get a small umbrella for the chair. That was an absolute life-saver. It was so warm, the poor little guy would have just melted in the heat.

And I have to share our special experience with Mickey. We entered Toontown right at opening and had a short line to see him at the entrance to his house. Our little guy was having a rough day with the muggy weather and kept banging his head on the arm of his wheelchair. He doesn't talk, so we always have to guess at what is upsetting him or how to make him feel better. I started rubbing his arms and his head to try and distract him. Mickey saw what I was doing and knelt down to DS's eye level and started rubbing his head and his arm. Even gave him a couple of kisses. I was in tears. It was so sweet! Just had to share.

Thanks everyone for the tips that helped us have an amazing trip!!!
