From what was on this board it is Wreck it Ralph that is to replace Stitch
That's right....duh...thanks for jogging my memory!

Gardians of the Galaxy? No thanks. I don't see how it fits with Epcot. At all. And I feel like they are trying to kill two birds with one stone here. They know Ellen's Energy Adventure is a dinosaur and they want to bring in GOG somewhere so they are wanting to just combine the two. It doesn't seem like a fit to me. Unless, of course, you are going the MGM/DHS/ParkToBeNamedLater route and are planning to give Epcot a major identity crisis.
The only thing I can think of is that they are going to try and tie it in with the "Space" theme over there -- Mission Space, Spaceship Earth, Guardians of the Galaxy...??? Though I admittedly don't even know where Ellen's Energy Adventure is over there because we've never had an interest to experience it!
I don't mind the Inside Out rumor to Imagination, although I think Figment is still a character they need to leverage more strongly for Epcot.
I was rather, "meh" about Inside Out the movie.
The GoG rumors boggle my mind. I just don't see how they fit in at FW, and certainly not at ToT at DL. Total head scratcher to me.
Because nobody is defending EPCOT...not behind a nametag or at the turnstile...
And after the wonder that is the frozen boat...who can blame them![]()
Getting concerned with our Dec 2017 trip now as all these rumours of new rides that havent started may result in alot of closures when we are there. Half of HS will be closed down, Avatar may or may not be finished by then, late night AK is in the balance also and now work at Epcot which hasnt started yet so could be scheduled at any point. Why do WDW not wait to finish one thing before starting something else. Surely they spread construction crew's thinner by having them work on multiple things
What's odd, is that I really don't mind movie/character tie in for WS at this point. If we're not getting new countries, might as well refresh them in ways that can leverage other properties.
Losing Figment would just be......well, terrible. He's he epitome of what the park stood for, and what many of us that went in the early days clamored to see.
I just don't get the GoG stuff. I liked that movie, but it was almost as unforgettable as the Thor movies. Blah.
it's not always the same company doing the work. Several companies bid on the projects individually and the lowest bid (usually) wins so they aren't thinning anyone out because it's multiple companies.
Well nothing at DHS was/is supposed to open in 2017.Getting concerned with our Dec 2017 trip now as all these rumours of new rides that havent started may result in alot of closures when we are there. While true Disney does tend to use the same companies for most of their projects. Hubbard is doing the demo at DHS for example. They also did the demo at MK for fantasyland. Whiting turner did frozen, and is also working on DHS.it's not always the same company doing the work. ...and...(this is my queue)...
That Iger let all of WDW basically stagnate for 10 years while they increased prices and cut perks/services and now they have big boy competiton up the street?
So they have little choice but to rip the place apart?
Lol...those that have been around here awhile know I have beaten that bongo for years until i have put my fist through it...and i truly wish I was completely wrong/paranoid about it years ago...
...but...it's a curse.![]()

Never disagreed with you about it.
Late night at AK isn't going anywhere especially when avatar opens.
I'm just adding.Ok?? So how is what I said incorrect or are you just adding to what I said?
Yep which is why they are one of Disney's go to companies.Turner is the heavy hitter for capital construction...they have done all the major expansion work since phase I
They never made an announcement to end nighttime at AK. The only announcement made was that jungle book wouldn't continue past September 5th. Everything else is.Wait a sec, did they recall their announcement to end late night at AK?
