Got home late this afternoon from the hospital. Early yesterday morning - about 5:30, I thought I was possibly having a heart attack. After 2 days of more blood tests than i knew existed to measure my enzyme level, and a stress test this afternoon, thank God, no heart attack!!

They do believe it is due to stress - tingling in fingers and left side of tongue; tension head aches, tightening in the chest and back - if you experience any of them (the symptoms are different in women), get it checked out right away.

I too have been at the hospital but it was for my Dad.. I think he would agree with you about having bloodwork he never knew existed.... Between the bloodwork and Chest Xrays, Ultrasounds, Cat Scans...

Do they know what you had besides the stress level??? Please keep us posed!!!! We are so glad to have you with us!!!! Take care of yourself...

All the blood tests from last Fri showed i need Vitamin D - getting them at DCVS tomorrow. Nothing else showed from kidney, liver etc... Tough day for balancing today - fell 2x this morning, my friend took me for my X-ray, and hoping for the MRI to now be scheduled real soon.
Any of you had sciatica? Feel that this is nerve related - as the tingling in hands and feet continues.
Tomorrow is a better day - sure hope so!!!!!!

Caroline I know it sounds awful but use a walker it will help with the balance and take pressure off the nerve if it is siatiac. At least thats what they told the woman that I worked with. Tell the primary dr or who ever is scheduling the MRI that you are falling hopefully that will get you in faster.

Did they also check your thyroid? One of the symptoms of thyroid issues is tingling, too.

Hopefully the vitamin D will help. A friend just went through the same and has been feeling a bit better. Please be careful, and hopefully they will schedule the MRI soon!
