Just had great idea for cooler bag for parks !

I just bought at Publix one of those backpack picnic bags. The back section is a cooler and the front section carries plates silverware etc for picnics. I plan on taking all the eating utensils out of the front and using it for our supplies (sunblock, bubbles, change of clothes for DD etc) and loading up the back with snacks and juice. It comes with a side attached wine cooler which will be perfect to keep my Brita bottle cold. As you can tell I am a dork and am very excited due to this "disney" ppurchase. The one I got at publix is greena nd was only $19.99. I have seen them online for a lot more. I ususally carry a bag or backpack with a little cooler and it is a hassle for me with the stroller etc. I always seem to ave several bags etc. I will consolidate now!!

Don't worry....you are not a dork...I too would be excited about this purchase and planning how to use the new backback....LOL !

Anyway....I have not seen these. No Publix in our area. Where online did you see these. Would it be under the catagory of "backpack" or "cooler"

We are leaving for a trip to Williamsburg/Busch Gardens in a few weeks and I would love to get one !!

I did a Google search for "backpack cooler picnic" and it brought them up. You have to look through them some of them are from the UK(apparently picnicing is big there and some of them are way expensive. i did find a few that were like $30 but saw it at publix for this great price. Don't forget to look for one on Ebay!! Both DSs got their backpacks for scouts on Ebay after having looked at the exact models in person at a local flea market and sporting goods stores. Even with shipping we saved money.
