Less than 1 week till our mommy/daughter trip! Things around here have sure been hectic..good, but hectic.
So, we're staying for 10 nights total. The first night was a regular room at Beach Club and the last 9 we're staying CL. I've been calling and calling trying to see if a CL room opened up for the first night so we didn't need to switch the next morning.
Finally, this morning, I look online and it says there's one available for that night. I call reservations, and they insist, no, there isn't one. This has happened before. I said "well, how is it I can book it right now online, and you can't do it for me??" They never have an answer..I guess it's just one of those things.
Just for ha ha's, I emailed the IPO office that handles itinerary planning for CL guests. They've been amazing. I asked them if there's any way they could check on this for me, or please note that if a room opens up for the first night, that I'd like to upgrade to it.
Less than an hour later, they email me back and say they've made some "magic" for us and complimentary upgraded our first night so that we don't have to switch rooms!! I can't even believe it. I didn't expect anything complimentary..just was hoping a room would open up.
I am blown away by their service so far. This will really make our first full day easier. I soooo can't wait!!! 6 more days!!!!
