I am so excited our CM was able to get everything we wanted.

Hi Janet! We have the deluxe room and they all face the BW but we requested a corner room over the Bakery. My DS has a special stroller and that gives us a little more room. Looking forward to the rest of your trip report!

LvsTnk, I hope you get the corner room, as it sounds great. I can't wait to see your photos upon your return. The BW view is my favorite. I just love sitting on the balcony late at night and watching everyone down below hustling and bustling about. Are the deluxe rooms all located on a specific floor or are they scattered about?

You are making me homesick . I have only stayed in 2 on the 4th floor(we keep requesting the same 2 above the bakery and above the pizza window), but there are others on different floors.

LvsTnk, thanks for the info. I don't know a lot about the BWI rooms since I have only stayed there once. However, I do see a "theme" to the rooms that you keep requesting...yummy smells! Ahhhhhh! Do you have any photos posted of the BWI rooms that you have stayed in?

LOL Smells Humm I don't have any pics posted but I do have a scanner and pics of the rooms. Maybe when DD comes home she can help me post some. I don't even know how to work the digital camera, I just crack her up! Are you planning on being at the world again this Christmas???

My parents asked us to visit them over the holidays, so we will be heading to the Midwest. I had really wanted to spend my holidays at WDW again, especially since the weather is better in Floridia than it is in the heartland of the US. Maybe next year we'll spend the holidays at WDW again (my husband & I were discussing that just today).

Please get those photos scanned in! I don't get the chance to see many BWI photos, and I would really like to see some more. I also have never stayed concierge there, so I would love to see their lounge, etc. Is the concierge staff decent over there? Do they expect you to contact them via phone, or will e-mail do?

I don't think I have pics of the lounge but I think a lovely girl DS met while there last Christmas has pictures of it. They will be meeting there again this year. Oh, someone just posted pictures of it, Josierc, I believe.

I have been very happy with the planning office since they bailed me out of an uncomfortable situation with the GF last year. They made the initial contact by phone and that is what I prefer so I couldn't tell you if they use e-mail. I did fax them what I wanted for PS because DH has to have every meal planned.

There was a turnover in the lounge and three wonderful CM's left 2 for BCV. I did not care for the 2 new gals (one was not too nice to DD). The 2 new male CM's and Scott are awesome!! This was an observation from a trip in Sept.

We do have family joining us this year so that makes the trip much nicer.
