Just got my 1st DL PIN!!!

Rates are $149 PPH, $169 DLH, $229 GCH. Valid now through May 29th. Black out days are 2/13-2/14 and 3/19-4/18. We're going March 28-April 4uUnfortnately, so we won't be able to use it. I'm still excited I got a PIN for DL. Hopefully I'll get more

I got it, too, from Disney Destinations. Have no idea why I have never gotten one before -- maybe because I don't regularly stay at the DLR hotels?

I got the same one yesterday. I know that a bunch of other folks are getting a totally different PIN code offer for 30% off the regular seasonal hotel rates, up until December 17. That is the one I really wanted, just in case I can't renew my AP later in 2009 and need a hotel discount for December. Unfortunately, I doubt I will be able to use the one I got because it only lasts to May 29 and I wasn't planning to go back to DLR before then (or if I do go back, not w/ a hotel stay involved). Last year, DLR circulated a bunch of PIN code offers in the summer that were good for the Fall and into the beginning of the holiday season. They had so many responses that the hotels were jam-packed in the usual off-peak season. So I wonder if they will do that again this year, after this PIN code offer that we got expires.

Me too! LOL I wondered why I was getting it....we have only stayed on site twice before. I'm seriously considering doing the DLH next month but it's hard to wrap my brain around $169 a nite!

I know what you mean, samkj! I wish any of the offers (your or mine) were transferable. As many people as there are who seem to get the offers, there are many who don't get them (based on what people said when last year's PIN offer went out in summer), and I wish that those of us who know we won't be able to use ours could pass them on to people who can use them!! ...Or trade one offer for the other offer, like I would trade my PIN offer that expires on May 29 for the one that is 30% off, lasting until December. BUt there is no way to do it. It is forbidden. DLR checks the address and contact info in their system against the PIN numbers issued, so it is impossible. I just feel like a lot of their special offers go to waste that way!! But it's not like they don't know that a lot of the offers go to waste, so they just have to take their chances!

I don't live close to DL.

But I am now getting codes to WDW. We've been to DL twice now in the last two years and haven't been to WDW for awhile and now they keep sending me codes. They want my business back.

Wish I could get one for DL.
