We used "The Code" for our trip and we had a wonderful time. I already had a reservation @ the Wilderness Lodge and when I found out we could use the "Code", we decided to upgrade to the GF. I did not have a Pin code that I know of.

Just wanted everyone to know we went with the code and it was a great trip. The dining plan is AWESOME and way way way worth it.

Have fun everyone and if you used "The Code", don't worry.

I'm alittle sad today that our trip is over but that is the sign of a good vacation.

YAY!! :yay: Glad to hear you had a great time and no problems with the code!!

Where did you eat on the DDP? Which restaurants were your favorites?

My favorites were:
Tusker House for lunch - Animal Kingdom (AWESOME salmon)
Mexico (San Angel Inn)
Cosmic Ray's for lunch (chicken and rib combo was great)
Cinderella castle for breakfast

So So:
Liberty Tree (kids loved it - I thought the food was just OK)

Yuck
Morocco for dinner (last minute decision to have dinner in Epcot and couldn't get in anywhere else)

One tip - with young kids on the meal plan, we should have just gotten them bagels or the crustless PB&J sandwiches and fruit (considered a snack) from the resort. They liked that a lot more then what was offered on the kids CS menu's (except animal kingdom).

thanks for posting, glad you had a good time. Post Disney depression is the worst. I think I still have it have it almost 6 months later.

Just interested. How did you receive your code? e-mail, us mail, did you call?

I saw the 3 letter code on this Codes and Rates board. Page through and you will see all of the posts about it.

Yes, I guess i have post disney depression.

Does anyone remember when you had to book "the code" by ... I have mine booked already for Dec. 19-29 but was thinking about adding the dinning plan ... I want to change our room only to a package and want to do it within the booking time so that I have no problems.
I just can't remember if it was book by 3/15 or 3/30 or what ...
Thanks for any help

Welcome back....knew it wouldn't be an issue. Glad you had a nice time.

Time to start planning your next vacation. :)

Yay! Rock solid confirmation!!

So glad you had a good time!

Re: depression, think of it this way...there are some people out there that will never experience the painful bliss of post Disney depression. Poor soles.

Glad to see you had a fun time, the Grand is such a wonderful place. Nice you did not have to camp out on the beach. ;)
