Just got hit with random pixie dust!!!!

I have been calling all morning since 6am CST to get the RO discount. We were previously booked at BCV in a 2 bedroom. It took 4 calls for me to get through to someone when the system was up and 2 of the calls had more than an hour wait time. I tried not to take it out on the CMs though because I am sure they are dealing with a lot of grumpy people today because of the wait times and system down time.

She looked and my previous reservation wasn't qualifying because they didn't have any 2 bd BCV included. She looked at other resorts and even checked other options including adjoining 1 bd villas. She was great but it wasn't happening.

The CM asked if I minded holding for just a moment and came back and told me that she got one!! It's the exact reservation I already had and that she checked before so I am thinking this had to be an instance of random pixie dust because she so diligently looked before putting me on hold. Also, the discount worked out different than the straight up 35% would have been which is why I think this was something else.

I could not be more excited!!!!!!! I think I thanked her a million times and wish I could have gotten one or two more in there!!!!!!
