Just got back from a great trip. I wanted to share a bit of Pixie dust we experienced along the way. The first full day we were there, my daughter lost her refillable mug somewhere at Pop while we were checking it out from AOA. The concierge was kind enough to give us another free of charge. Then the very next day, she loses her spending money gift card that I held on to until up to the point to her losing it. :headache: We went to the concierge to ask if anyone had found it, but no luck. He then proceeded, without even asking, to put the remaining balance from her last receipt on her Magic Band! 71 bucks. I was blown away. He was so nice about it, and my daughter was so happy. And to top the trip off, while we were eating at the ABC Commisionary in DHS on Thursday, 2 CMs came over to our table and gave us free passes to the After Hours event at MK for our family of 6! I had read about it on here and how it wasn't worth the 149.99 to do this, but I gotta tell you, it was awesome! We got cool lanyards and felt like VIPs. After the park almost emptied, the people who had the event pass stayed in the park until 1am. It seemed only like a few hundred people sprinkled though out the park. We had our own ride vehicles for Mine Train and BTMRR. We were in the stretching room at Haunted Mansion by ourselves! Nobody in line for Pirates, Space Mountain or Buzz either. It was amazing because the park was basically empty. We walked on every ride, got a ton of free ice cream treats and all the drinks we could drink. Im pretty sure I ate 149.99 worth of ice cream. It was a great experience and made our trip so much more special! :yay:

Sounds like you had a great trip! I have to say though that if Disney expects anyone to attend their after hours event they need to stop giving away tickets lol, great for you guys, not so great for those that paid full price. Then again that is assuming anybody did pay full price.

Well, the CMs said they were 75 dollar tickets. But on Disney's website, it said 149.99

That is awesome! My DD is always losing stuff so I can totally identify! Glad it turned out well for you!

Sounds like you had an awesome trip! So happy for you and your family! :shamrock:

yes AP and DVC get it for 75
We've had a bit of pixie dust as well! Except for a few glitches, everything has been perfect for our trip. Today was a trying day because of the heat and the girls are tired. We had a lovely BBB then a long wait to meet Rapunzel but we ate in the castle. What I think did us in was the hot sun with no shade for FOF parade. (The hub). We decided to leave after our 4:00 A&E fp. They went in while I ran over to see if I could cancel (once again) my ADR for BOG. As I walked up I heard them turning away a group, saying they were fully booked and I said I wanted to cancel if they would be so kind as to give it to them. I told them the girls had had enough and we had to leave. They did it and both the party of 4 who were trying to get in hit pixie dust as did I. Then I went back to see if I could catch them on line at A&E but they we're done with Anna. I had come I n with my fp but turned around and walked out. When they came out, I realized I had the autograph books. I went back to the fp line, they let me in and then the CM was so kind as to take the books back for me and get them signed. I also found out that there was no one in the fp line so Anna came over to Elsas room and both posed with the girls. So nice! I guess what goes around comes around. As far as the bathrooms, for the better part they have been pretty clean. I vote the bathroom near Gastons Tavern the nicest. The crowds have been pretty large so sometimes it's hard to get in to pick up paper on the floor when it's a constant stream of guests. It's a good trip. We left after A&E to take the girls swimming and now they're watching Aladdin on the lawn at the resort.
