Just got back from Poly. The stay was from Oct 24-28th. Not yet recovered from the sun and humidity. So will bypass with the detail for now.

Anyone has question for me?

Yes!

Where was your room? Garden view or lagoon view? How was Captain Cook's? Did you have one of those pineapple drinks at the Polynesian bar :)?.

Lord it is still humid there. We were there the 10th - 15th, all the CM's kept telling us that the heat and humidity were unusally high for that time of year. Congratulations on you marriage. I am celebrating my 20th anniversary today. We spent our honeymoon at the Poly also but because of work schedules back then we didn't take our honeymoon until December.

Aloha everyone,

I will try my best to answer all of the question. It was our first time staying at a WDW resort. So we have no previous experience to compare to. In addition, we got to stay at Poly because of the closure of CBR. So, it was a wonderful experience for both of us.

room location
We were assigned to Tokelau. Rm number was 1913. It is at the end of the building close to the beach side. So I can see the lagoon and fireworks at Magic Kingdom clearly from my window. That was a treat!!!! In terms of room request, I did request for Tokelau and a room on the 3rd floor. The room was clean and we received a beautiful rose in a vase as a honeymoon present from the hotel. There were 2 queen beds, one sofa-like bed near the window, one sink in the washroom, a wall safe, hair dryer.... basically you will get everything you need in that room.

captain cook's
We were there using the Discovery Magic plan. So we didn't have meal at the Captain Cook's. Sorry!! But we did use the refillable mug from there. The fountain has various types of soft drinks, coffee, tea, hot chocolate. But there is no juice. I thought we could use the mug for juices, too. :( There is also a toaster and microwaves. So for those of you who will bring food to the resort, you will find it convenient. I didn't go to the bar, so didn't try the pineapple drink.

ohana
we had the character breakfast buffet at Ohana. We didn't have PS for that. The wait was only 10 minute for a 9am seating. The food was great.

CMs
CMs at the front desk were friendly, but not those on the phone when I dialed for fronk desk from my room. We checked our luggage with the bell desk after checking out on the last day. The service was fine.

Is there anything else that I can answer? I have learned so much from this board. So I don't mind answer a few more quesitons :)
