We left out of port cans real so I can't comment about Miami. There is a seperate check in area for concierge then they escort you over to a superstar waiting area that is only for concierge and B2B cruisers. Concierge guests are boarding group 1 and once on board you go straight to the lounge to review your itinerary with a host and put in any special requests.

It is a very smooth and easy process.

We do not. I am sure someone on the board will have photos of the lounge though. There are numerous room reports of one bedroom suites on the magic of you search around.
