Just got back...and I got some reviews for ya!

Had a wonderful vacation from 9/17-9/23 and ate like kings (and queens...and prince and princesses)

Here's where we used our TS: Liberty Tree Tavern, Boma, Chefs de France, The Wave, Ohana, Teppan Edo

Liberty Tree Tavern: Our only character meal of the trip. Food was OK. The butter we had with the bread was very good. I think it was some kind of honey/sweet butter. Of all the TS meals we had, this was probably the most underwhelming from a food perspective. But I did not have high expectations going into it, so all was good. All the characters came to our table and gave plenty of time for autographs and pictures.

The Wave: What a pleasant surprise! This new restaurant at the Contemporary really came through on all aspects. Had an upscale feel, yet intimate. The restaurant was not crowded at all and were seated at our ADR time. Our waiter was friendly and prompt, I don't think I needed to ask for a refill my entire meal. I had the Filet and my wife had the lamb shank. Both were delicious! The deserts to follow were fantastic as well. Kids were happy with chicken nachos and pizza. I will definitely be returning to the Wave.

OK here's some more reviews for you...

Chefs de France- This was the latest ADR we had all trip...but it was well worth it. We were seated promptly and the restaurant was fairly croweded. It did take a bit more time than I would have liked to have water brought to the table. I decided to order the pate appetizer and thought it was very good. Both my kids ordered the puff pastry and hamburger...they were quite happy.

My wife ordered the Tuna and I ordered the duck. Both of the dishes were fantastic!! I really enjoyed dining here, and will definitely come back.

Teppan Edo- Decieded to mix things up and use a TS for lunch. Chose this restaurant because both the lunch and dinner menus were almost identical. We all ordered off the hibachi menu and the food was good and plentiful. The service also was very good as the waitress was attentive for the entire meal. The only shortcoming was that our chef was really not that entertaining. There were some other very enthusiastic chefs throughout the rest of the establishment, that I wish cooked for us. Overall this was a good choice...especially for lunch.
