Thank you for registering for the March 23 broadcast of our new online series "Disney Traveler." It was a big night in the Disney Vacation Club® neighborhood, with all the makings of a grand Hollywood premiere. We had Mickey behind the camera, Donald on lights and Goofy managing the tech booth.

Okay, so maybe that was a bad call. In the world of animated comedy, Goofy is king. But when it comes to executing a high-tech online broadcast? Not so much.

You're among the audience members who may have experienced technical interruptions or difficulty entering the show. We're deeply sorry. So is Goofy, who has happily accepted a new role on the production staff (he's now in charge of snacks for the crew).

I did get on after 25 minutes, and "listened" to the replay (because what was on the screen was in SSSLLLLOOOOOWWWW motion, but the audio was fine), so does that mean (do you think??) that I get my lithograph, or does the fact that they sent me this mean that I need to sign up again??

I have the same question . . . . .and I never got in at all!
 
I didn't get in at all either! I thought I was just out of luck?

** EDIT - I just checked my email and I have the same thing you posted - I did sign up for a new day!
 

I would think that if you registered with your email to log in to the broadcast, you're entitled to the gift! I received the same email today, but I was able to watch the entire webcast when broadcast.

I am in the same boat. I got in no problem and (painfully) watched the whole thing. Does that mean I am good to go? Or do I have to watch it again to get the litho? I am confused.
 
I have the same question... I was finally able to watch at 10, not my scheduled 8pm, but did have to log in to watch. I don't know if I can handle a repeat....what a letdown! ( none of the smileys acurately express my emotions about this) ha ha ha
 
I called the phone number listed in the email and I was told that even if you weren't able to log in at the beginning, if you did provide your login information and eventually got in to watch the webcast -- you do not need to re-register or watch it a second time. Which is great news since I didn't want to devote any more time to this fiasco!
 
I was able to log in but couldn't watch it. I tried watching it later that night but the sound and video wouldn't sync. I signed up for another night but forgot about it so i just signed up for one of the new nights and will try it again.
 
Well............. I can't log in today EITHER!!!!!!!!!!!! I keep getting a message that I can log in 20 min. prior to my scheduled time - which WAS NOON - I'm done trying - they can keep the litho!!! :sad2:
 
I tried for 30 minutes and never got a connection... Kept getting a message that the server couldn't be found...
