just got an email about fall deal

Hi! From what I read about last year you can just buy a one day ticket to make it a package to get the free dining.

Now I need to know - do you call Visa to make your reservations or the Disney center?

Does anyone know if the rooms sold out quickly last year? Was anyone able to make ressies later on after booking started?

Also what are the cancellation rules for this deal? I have medical issues and have made my room only reservations because of the liberal cancellation rules. (I am not interested in buying travel insurance as I have heard horror stories and there is slight chance that I would actually have to use it)

To those of you who haven't received emails-have you actually been on the visa website to sign up to receive promotions via email (not the Disney site-the visa site)? Just a thought as to why you have not received anything.

I'm sorry, I really don't remember. I handle everything online for the card so I don't remember if registering as a user got me signed up for promotions or not.

They didn't have my email address at all so I filled it in. I've never really been able to use any of their recent deals, but maybe someday I will The site was not updated yesterday in the late afternoon with this new deal either. It's there now though.

I found another spot in there for email alerts, but it was all statement stuff not offers.
