I don't think any of the CMs that are booking tonight are doing so because they are giving into harrassment! They are doing it because they want to. If they have booked one or fifty, it probably makes no difference. It would be my guess though that the more people calling and saying that others are booking already, the word will get around each call center and it will stop.
 
I don't want to get off topic, but I don't think people are harassing CM's. I called once and asked about the code. He said they couldn't give information out today. I said okay and hung up. I checked the DIS and multiple people said they booked tonight so I called back. I casually asked about the package, gave the rate code, and was given the reservation.

How about you chill out - no one is harassing CM's. I'm not asking anyone to lose their job. If they don't want to or can't book it, then they won't. As another poster said above, "if they book for one person, they should book for everyone."

Perhaps harassing was too strong a term, maybe badgering CM's that are trying to do their jobs correctly and spread the Magic. Maybe next time they will wait and send out the email the same day it starts to give everyone an equal chance at getting in on this great offer. :cool1:
 
I agree. I think all should be given an equal chance to book at the same time. I do think it's unfair that some people are not getting to book when others have.

I guess we're both just trying to spread the magic here. :wizard:

I booked with Burt. He said since my email states I can book as of tomorrow we are "right as rain" to book tonight.

We had a AAA package for PC 8/30-9/4 one day park hopper and dining for $958.70. For the same package with the code it is now $660. I am thrilled. He honestly wasn't sure I could change the package to a one day hopper, but said he was more than willing to plug it in. He was very nice and easy to work with. I saved almost $300. :cool1:

Just for comparison sake rack rate for that package was 1048.00

ETA: This is for 2 adults.
 
Has anyone had any luck with quotes for moderates during the Aug 13-27 time frame that is NOT value season?

I had AAA rate MYW tickets plus dining booked for December (value season). Booked tonight with the new fall package (still value season). I lost the AAA rate, but I still saved another $300 over the AAA rate! Great deal!!!! And we'll go to MNSSHP on 9/29. Should be fun to try something new.

This is crazy! Same thing happened to me.. WE called as soon as we read the email and the CM told us no info till tomorrow! She said "read your email"!! Meaning,,get all info from email now because she cannot give any more details.

Can we upgrade to a hopper pass or is it already hopper? can we add days??

thse are the questions we needed answered but they wouldnt answer..

if you had the AAA package, you must have booked thru AAA right? Did you simply make another reservation directly thru CRO & will then cancel your AAA ressies? Did they let you make a change to your AAA ressie? Thought only AAA could do that. My local office opens tomorrow at 9AM & I will be on the phone at 9:01 hoping to find someone to make the call for me. If I can't, think I should just call CRO & make new ressies? I'll have to do my ADR's all over again! And with FREE DINING (soo excited :banana: :banana: :banana: ) they'll be even more important!!

Nope, I just made a new reservation and still have my AAA one for December. We'll cancel it later. I will switch my new ressie to my AAA agent as she's been so awesome. But I figured it was better to go ahead and get it tonight while I could.

I just emailed my ADR requests to Concierge. If I don't hear from them in the am, I will call dining myself.

:cool1: I think I will call AAA first thing in the morning. If they can switch my ressies, good. If not, I'll book myself & the cancel my AAA ones on Monday when my TA will be in. Wonder if AAA willl charge a $50 cancellation fee? Not that THAT would be an issue versus FREE DINING - gotta say it again - FREE DINING :cool1:
