just got a Keurig...we were recently dubbed the Keurig Krew......

I bought my Keurig from BJ's Wholesale Club as a treat for me. I deserved it, I've been good this year, etc., etc. $140+ bucks. I have been using it for 3 months and love it. This weekend I come across the same model at a yard sale for $15 including the K-cup stand and the re-usable filter!

Oh well, now I have one for the office and one for home.

Nice!:thumbsup2

I went to Bed, Bath, and Beyond last night checking on a quilt and I visited the Keurig section. Nothing unusual there. Nearby, however, they have their Copco cups for hot beverages and have recently added a new product to the line

for cold beverages. I bought one thinking this would be a great addition for my Keurig to make iced tea. It is a thick plastic cup and straw with a screw-on lid - both dishwasher safe and holds 24 oz. It's perfect now that we are getting into the spring time. And the price is right at only $7.99. Of course as soon as I saw it, I thought of all of you.

**In the interest of full disclosure, I have no relationship with any of the companies listed above. :)

Thanks for posting this, I'm definatley going to get one. I sometimes re-use my dunkin donuts iced coffee cups when I make iced coffee in the Keurig so this would be great! Plus don't forget your 20% off coupon!

I'm the newest member of the Keurig Krew!!:goodvibes

I just purchased the Keurig Mini from QVC this morning. It's their "Today's Special Value".

I'm so excited, I've always wanted one! :yay:

Congratulations! When you get it, don't forget to register at the Keurig site. New owners get a really good discount when buying K-cups from them.

Sure you don't. :rotfl2: The cup looks cool. Where is the video review? :)

Yes, that's the model I ordered. They had it for $89 with 24 K-cups and the my K cup filter. I like that it can accommodate a travel mug (remove the base where the cup sits). It offers three brew sizes 6oz, 8oz and 10oz.

(I'm going to need some tips on how to adjust the coffee for the 10oz brew :rotfl:)

I plan on taking it with me next month to WDW. I NEED to have good coffee in the AM to keep up with my two little guys.

Keurig Personal Brewer w/ 24 K-Cups & My K-Cup Filter - QVC.com

Hi all - I've enjoyed reading (some of) this thread where everyone is loving their Keurig!

But I'm stumped on WHAT to buy -- and the differences between some models and bundles, then further conflicted over the more recent reports of models that aren't working. When I did a search last week it seems like so many of the recent reports discuss problems, now I'm nervous to buy one at all.

So here's what I think I'm deciding between:
B60 - Special?

B70 - Platinum

B77 - this is sold at BJ's (maybe Costco too) and is a bundle with the 72 K-Cups included, but I can't tell which model it really is. I've seen it referred to as the "Ultra" on some unofficial sites, but I thought maybe it was the B70 just renumbered to reflect the bundle?

Same as with the B66 - same as the 60, but a bundle?

I'm so confused! I'm leaning towards the B77 @ BJ's for $139.99
http://shop.bjs.com/productName_stcVVproductId73463527VVviewprod.htm?productID=73463527&sc_cid=DF

But the numbering is so confusing to me!

Any advice? Any insight into the recent problems?

We got the one from BJ's as a Christmas gift and LOVE IT!:cloud9:

Also, saw this on the budget board today....
For all of you Keurig obsessed DISers

I was just at Bed Bath & Beyond and they have marked down all of their Keurig Mini single serving coffee brewers down to $49.99. Combine that with a 20% off coupon and it's only $39.99!!

Welcome. Definately get the BJ's bundle. The B70 is called the Platinum and the 77 is probably just the unique model created for BJ's and other shopping clubs. With the bundle pricing on the B77, there is no reason to get a B60. B70 has a larger water tank, extra drop size 4 vs. 3. Couple other bells and whistles I cant't rememeber.

The mini B30 is cool and there could have been the some design issues with the original model hence new model and discounting of the old stock. Just my opinion though.

I got one for my b-day, was bought at BJ's so far I love it. I use to drink a pot or two of coffee a day, then stopped smokeing in October and only drink a cup or sometimes 2 a day the Keurig is perfect for me, and I love not having to mess with measureing the coffee :)

Thanks all! So as long as I can my better half to buy off on my evil plan, I'll let you know how I like it!

Coffee lovers unite!:surfweb:

Do you have an update for us Vicki? Are you a k-cupper like the rest of us DISers? :) We needs to know.

On another note, anyone taking advantage of the CoffeeWiz Daily Wizzler? $3 off per box. Today is Green Mountain Island Coconut. Not for me but I'll definately check this out when I make my next order. You just can't beat the free* Fedex ground shipping. ::yes::

And don't forget about the CoffeWiz newsletter and FB fan page. :thumbsup2

Yes - we finally got ours today! We ended up with the B66 bundle @ Sam's Club ($129)(also came w/72 K-cups). Silly me - I forgot we didn't have a BJ's membership, but Sam's Club. So no iced beverage setting and only 3 cup sizes vs. 4, but that's life. We've made 3 cups so far - it seems great. The only thing else missing is the My K-Cup - I thought it came with that, but it didn't, so we'll have to pick one up.

Now I can't wait to check out the online sellers and see what kind of deals we can get!

I am definitely a FB fan of CoffeeWiz :thumbsup2 But I haven't taken advantage yet of the Wizzler daily special - I wasn't paying attention to what the coffee of the day was and missed out on the one I really wanted :( None of the others have struck my fancy. It is an awesome deal though! I visit their page daily to find out what the deal is going to be - and when I get to the point where my pantry doesn't look like I could start my own coffee business, I will be placing another order (wizzler special or not!)

Just curious as to how often everyone de-scales your Keurig brewer? The instructions say to do it every 3-6 months.

Thats great Vicki! :) The MyKC comes with the B77 pack from BJ's. When you get it, be careful to leave about a 1/4 space between the coffee and the rim. Too much coffee and it will spray out grinds into your mug.

I haven't Wizzled yet either Stacy. :rotfl:

We've had ours just over 3 years and have not descaled yet. We use filtered water though. If you are using tap water I would imagine the descale warning would signal quicker.

I went to BB&B last night to stock up on some k-cups. They had a new 48 pack of Green Mountain Donut Shop variety pack. It was regular, decaf, cinnamon roll, and chocolate donut. I had the coupon and it came out to $20 so I figured what the heck and bought it. I also bought a box of Italian blend for my husband and a box of the coconut flavored coffee, for iced coffee for myself.
