just got a Keurig...we were recently dubbed the Keurig Krew......

Does Dunkin Donuts make K-Cups? I can not find them anywhere. :confused3

No they don't. But a lot of people think the Coffee People brand is really close to DD.

I am definitely a FB fan of CoffeeWiz :thumbsup2 But I haven't taken advantage yet of the Wizzler daily special - I wasn't paying attention to what the coffee of the day was and missed out on the one I really wanted :( None of the others have struck my fancy. It is an awesome deal though! I visit their page daily to find out what the deal is going to be - and when I get to the point where my pantry doesn't look like I could start my own coffee business, I will be placing another order (wizzler special or not!)

What page is the Wizzler special on? I didn't see it.
Thanks.

Just picked up a 48 ct box of Coffee People (is that right?) with the 20% off coupon we had a Bed, Bath & Beyond. Let me just say - Chocolate Glazed Donut? Not so much. I think it smells better than it tastes.

But we're still loving our machine - I have been pounding through the K-Cups (4 boxes from the Keurig B2G2 deal, the original 72 K-Cups that came with our machine, and now the Bed Bath & Beyond ones!). And I'm going to order some more from Coffee Wiz with a referral coupons some nice DISer gave me.

It's coffee mania at our house. DH likes best so far Donut Shop Wake Up Call. I can't decide.

Amazon's Friday sale today has some good choices at ~$0.40/k-cup.

Welcome. Definately get the BJ's bundle. The B70 is called the Platinum and the 77 is probably just the unique model created for BJ's and other shopping clubs. With the bundle pricing on the B77, there is no reason to get a B60. B70 has a larger water tank, extra drop size 4 vs. 3. Couple other bells and whistles I cant't rememeber.

The mini B30 is cool and there could have been the some design issues with the original model hence new model and discounting of the old stock. Just my opinion though.

WARNING : Keurig problems.

I bought the B77 from Costco and it has to go back. After about two months it stopped sucking up the water and went into shut down mode. A little research on the Costco web site and I found this is a common problem. I had called Keurig customer service and while they were nice, they did not acknowledge the problem. Their solution did not fix the problem. Based on what someone posted on the Costco site, Keurig created a cheaper model for the warehouse clubs using an inferior pump. I don't know how true it is, but I had the Costco manager search the LI Costco stores and they are out of stock. An associate at another store I stopped in told me they have none on order. I think that speaks volumes. My problem is I have a stock pile of the coffee. I'm going to give it one more try. I'll pick up a platinum at BB&B and see how it works out. I'm not stocking up on coffee. I'll work through what I have until the unit proves it's reliable. If the new unit has problems, I'm afraid I'll have to return it and bite the bullet on whatever coffee I have.

Keurig update:

Bed Bath & Beyond has pulled all of their Keurig models due to water pump issues! They claim they will not have them back in stock for at least a month. They had pulled the Cuisinart version and just received a new batch of them back in (hopefully without the problem pump). However, the Cuisinart is more expensive at $200-, but there is a 20% coupon so it's $160-.

The sales associate at Costco told me they have had a large number of the Keurigs returned. Costco took it back no questions asked.

Bottom line Keurig has a problem and their customer service people would not acknowledge it when I called them. They made it appear that I was not inserting the water reservoir properly. I'm thinking of cutting my losses and return the rest of the coffee I can. It's a shame. I liked the product, but the dishonesty from the Keurig customer service line has really turned me off.

Update: I bought the Cuisinart at $160-. I'm going to give them one more shot. The BB&B manager said they will take it back no questions asked should it act up.

My sister follows the stock market very closely and said their stock fell $12 last week.

This may fall into the TMI category, but here is a message board post on the stock drop. Defective brewers apparently contributed to the GMCR drop.

The earnings met the street expectations. However, this "disappointment" was brought about by a 9 cents per share cost to deal with a batch of defective Keurig brewers that sold at the end of 2009.

I have no idea if the one sold at Costco is the same one sold at BJ's, it's been 5 months since we got ours and it's still going strong. I hope your new maker works out for you.

My Keurig (from BJ a 77) shut off on me a few times but one phone call to Keurig and not only did they send me a new machine but threw in two boxes of coffee.

I bought my Mom one for xmas.... Is it wrong that I want to take it out of the box and try it out?????:rolleyes1

Placed an order with Coffeewiz yesterday - the total worked out to be about 43 cents per k-cup. I just  coffeewiz!

Bought mine at costco as well, they have a lifetime return policy so that is always a plus..so far so good for me.

Has anyone tried the rasberry iced black tea? saw it in the herbergers add this morning thinking about trying it.
