Just got 30% off pin code!!!!

So excited, just got a 30 % off pin code and subsequently made my December 2012 ressie!
Be on the lookout if you are looking for discount from 9/30 thru 12/29.

I am not really sure HOW to find the discount codes. We have gone the last 5 years on the same weekend (long weekend) when the FD was offered. This year our dates don't have any discounts at all.
SOOO, how does someone get the code for room only if that does come out? My final payment is due tomorrow, but we may have to forfeit our deposit as well as airfare if they want full price this time, because of the final cost. Less expensive to forfeit the already paid money than pay full price. I don't think I like this game!

Pins are random and can only be used by the person who recieves them. Check the first page of the sticky here: http://www.disboards.com/showthread.php?t=1686236 It will explain and answer your questions.

For public discounts, just keep watching the DIS boards. Usually there are rumors before the release of a public code.

Btw, if a discount comes out, you can always apply it later. If you booked a package, there is a $50 fee to make changes (or add a discount) 44 days or less before your visit. Less than 15 days and there is another fee. If you booked a room only reservation, there is no fee to apply a discount.

Did you get it by e-mail or in your mailbox?
I NEVER get pin codes- I guess they don't like me!
I could really use one as all I have is the AAA discount which I believe is only 10%.
Good for you, though!
