Just found out I passed ROFR at BWV!

I just found out today that I passed ROFR at BWV at 73 a point on a 150 point contract with a June use year. I payed closing and MF's on 110 points(2004).

Yeeeessssssssssssssssssss

Ok, done jumping up and down, but still can't stop smiling.

I just reviewed the exchange of emails and I guess it was submitted on 7-28.

Congrats! I'm sure it's a big relief!! So when is your first trip home??

I already have a trip scheduled in September staying offsite, but I'm sneaking in one day at BCV on rented points(wanted to spend the day at SAB).

My first stay at BWV will be next year in September or in December(I'll remember to bank my 2004 points). Still can't wipe that silly off my face.

I'm with you RuthnPaul...our contract was submitted on 7/30 as well. PINS AND NEEDLES! LOL. At least I'm relieved so many people are passing.

By the way!!! CONGRATS SoCalKDG. That contract sounds wonderful .
