Just for grins.

HI, Kari! :flower3:

Love the Minnie Mouse "Life is Good". I think you know by now how much I like anything that says that :lmao:

How's Mom doing today? Hope the morning went better today for William and Mom. Hang in there!

Mom's much better because William was happy again!! Not only is life good but God is good and he answered my prayers for my little one today. Thanks for asking Heather.

I somehow missed this yesterday! I know how hard leaving him must have been for you! Andrew only did that to me once in 1st grade and it just broke my heart. I am so glad to hear that things went better today! :grouphug:

That was so beautiful hmcfall711!

you made me cry!

I think kindergarten teachers are fast-tracking to heaven! Thank you for doing what you are doing!

OMG I cried too! I can totally relate from all sides! I taught kindergarten for 12 years before I was a Mom and now just sent mine off to kinder this year!

Kari! Great designs as always!!!!

LOVE the Life is Good Mickey/Minnie!!!

...And, I know a certain DH that resembles the Donald "Duct" tape sign!;)

Thanks to everyone for all your kind words. I didn't mean to have people crying all around. Sometimes it just helps to know we feel the same on the teacher end.

Another other funny thing is that the little guys and gals that cry when you drop them off are the first to be laughing and carrying on seconds after you walk out the door. It is usually the ones who say "Bye Mom" and walk on in that are a little more apprehensive for the first few days.

One of my strongest beliefs: Love what you do and live it because life is too short! I just don't understand those people who hate every second of their work day?:confused3 Why torture yourself.

Glad to hear the Mr. William is adjusting! Hugs :grouphug: and pixie dust his way!pixiedust:

Rumblytumbly, I remember when my ds (now 13) did the same thingi n kindergarten. First day of school was great, but the next week. Boy it was a challenge. I felt like I was pushing him on the school bus every morning. But it got better. But unfortunately, he did the same thing in 1st grade. Ugh! In fact I'll never forget one day he was sooo upset the school called me to come and get him but I really didn't mind it because it was the day the towers fell in New York, 9/11. In fact I used that to get him to go back to school the next day. I told him how we all had to be brave and not show the bad people that they were gonna scare us. It worked. So, enjoy your little one this weekend, do something special, like having ice cream for dinner. My ds now 13 has his own cell phone, rides a motorcycle and has a girlfriend who looks like she's 21. Boy how things have changed. But he still gives me a hug every now and then.

Kari, your little ones are adorable:) Mu granddaughter will be 2 in a few weeks and today she started calling her mama, Amy( that's her name) but Mia has called her mommy. Mia calls me Gum and my husband Guck...do you think there is a concern here??? Anyway, your children are blessed to have you as their mom:)

Here's a picture of my handsome young man and his little sis in front of school this morning.

Y'all are just the best people in the world. Thank for all your support. My William is back to his usual self and I'm relieved that the weekend is here. Miss Molly had her orientation at preschool today. Her first day of preschool! Aye aye aye. Two in one week. It's almost more than I can handle.

I am prepared for Molly to give me trouble with crying and stuff. She is warning me "I'm not going to school. I hate school. I will cry." I know she'll do it too but I also know that eventually she'll be ok. Here is my sweetheart at her first day.

Awww Kari! Your kids are just adorable! The first days are sooo hard. My oldest started 4th grade this year and my youngest 1st! They both had the same kindergarten teacher and sends a note on the first day about how she will care for them as her own and then the last day she sends a note about how she will miss them. Puts me in tears just thinking about it!

I am glad William had a better day!

Your children are so adorable, Oh I remember DD's first day of pre-k, I was a mess :sad1: (Don't laugh but my mom and I sat outside the school beside of the road with binoculars watching to see if she was ok :) the principle saw us and laughed & told everyone :rotfl: ) needless to say she went 3 days hated it so we didn't push the issue : She stayed home :cheer2: Ok next year pre-k again I became a vol went almost everyday :rotfl: Then Kindergarten oh No!!! Here we go again, She goes for a couple days then she calls for her Back -Up ( Who else but her grandparent who thought she does No wrong and god forbid you make her Cry :guilty: oh by the way my mom still feels this way * my dad has passed :sad1: ) So she got herself so worked up getting sick even the pediatrician said it maybe best to wait , so we started Abeka home schooling then everyone was:cheer2: (I've always told her when she wanted to go to school to let me know :)
This year at 15 she wants to go to high school :scared1: :rotfl: Why now ?
Oh sports :Softball several of the school softball coaches wanted her to attend their school so she could play even offering to pay the out of limit fee's so we go tour each school & meet with the coaches, she likes the one in her district so now she's going to high school 10Th grade & I feel like a kindergarten mom again :scared1: :rotfl: Ok I have to admit after the first day or two , I''m ok :rotfl: Wow , I didn't mean to ramble on so long

So here's a :grouphug: for you and your little ones :)
