Just for fun...what did your baby weigh?

On the computer, turned on the tv and "A Baby Story" was on. They always show the name, height and weight of the baby.

Made me think about my children

So, what did your baby wegh at birth?


DD weighed 9 pounds 15 ounces

DS weighed 9 pounds 5 ounces-I think, have to look at his birth certificate.

Now they are both little skinny things.

DS was 5 lbs. 6 ozs. He showed up a little over 3 weeks early but even if he had gone full term he was still going to be a little guy.

7 lbs. 5 oz.

He was just at the doctor's today (for a cough that's been lingering ) and he's still only 28 lbs. now (he turns 3 in Sept.).

DS weighed 6lb 4 oz. and was 5 weeks early (I shudder to think how big he might have been at full term - I'm a size 4 and am not quite 5 ft tall!). I think I'm glad he came early.

dd was 5lb and 10oz. Ironically I was 5lb and 11oz. She was 3 weeks early and I was on time.

DS8 -- 4lbs. 8 oz. at birth 6 weeks early. Doctors were guessing he was going to be between 2 1/2 & 3 pounds. Surprised all of us. Even 4 lbs. when we brought his home.

DS3 -- 7 lbs. 8 oz.

When our DD was born in South Korea, she weighed only 4 lbs. We don't know if she was premature or not.

When she arrived at JFK airport, she was only 8 lbs. and was almost 5 months old. She was like a newborn to us...

DS weighed 6lbs 7oz and was a month early.

DS was 10lbs 5 oz...right on my due date. I'm 5'9 and his father is 6'7 so I was prepared for him to be big!

First DD was 6lbs and 5ozs at 38 weeks
second ds was 47lbs and 15ozs 36 weeks
Third dd was 6lbs and 10ozs at 37 weeks and 14ozs
fourth ds was 6lbs and 14ozs at 38 weeks
never made it to 40 weeks.

DD20mo was 8 lbs, 1 oz, born the day before her due date.
