Just For Fun: Most Disgusting Food at WDW

The seafood bisque at The Sci Fi Diner. It had stale popcorn on top and it was cold and tasted like something I can't say here.

Mine was not just 1 food ,but the entire Lunch Buffet we had at Hollywood and Vine about 4/5 years ago when Minnie was the feature. The food wasn't tasty at all, most was luke warm at best, and the serving area was sloppy and dirty. needless to say that was our quickest meal ever and we went straight to a snack cart upon leaving.

I'll second that opinion.....and it hasn't gotten any better! The food (and I use that word loosely) isn't edible!

Yet another vote for the turkey legs. and my husband would love to get one!! yuck!!

My husband had always eyed those turkey legs, but never got around to getting one. Summer 06, we were at Universal and he decided he would try it. What a disappointment for him. He couldn't eat it.

I have only once eaten a turkey leg, at Disneyland CA, and it was SO good :)

I have never had real "disgusting" food at Disney. The only thing I really didn't like was the chicken alfredo at the CS place at AS Mu. The side salad wasn't good at all (but I think it was because I didn't like the dressing at all). It was not-so-warm pasta with alfredo sauce, and some chiken fried chicken, not like chicken breast you get in most restaurants with alfredo.

Turkey Legs
Pizza from an CS place
Breakfast Food from Crystal Palace
Chicken Dish from Flying Fish

Boy you guys are worrying me! When we went last year the only places we ate was the Breakfastosaurus at AK which was great and Pizza Planet which I also thought was pretty darn good. Oh we also ate at the food court in Epcot by Soarin and I thought that was good.

This year we're doing DDP. I sure hope our food is okay! LOL

I just got back from WDW last week and was on the dining plan. I had ALOT of wonderful meals, but the worst was at the Electric Umbrella where my friend and I ordered the veggie wrap. It was so gross! It was soggy, limp and my friends wrap even had water dripping from it. YUCK!

Our worst Disney meal was a couple of years ago. We had one of only a couple of "Adult" meals. One was at Nine Dragons in Epcot. It was horrible. One dish smelled like feet, worse yet then the waiter spilled it on me, so I could smell it the rest of the evening. No one ate a thing and then we had to stop and refeed the children and dh. It was by far the worst food we have ever had at Disney.

I don't think I had anything that was disgusting to me but I did not like the 'fake' pizza from Pizza Planet years ago (or from the Poly a few years after that but it was for my dd & she wanted it).

And for some reason the Patiserie in France just turns me off. I have eaten there many times & then just one trip it all looked gross...I know..gasp.

They used to have "lutefisk" at Restaurant Akershus, but even most of the Norwegians refused to eat it.

Now I think the worst is not a food, but Beverly at Club Cool.

Definitely the food in Mexico at EPCOT. It's like they don't even try to appetizing. Yuck! I paid 100% for the atmosphere.

The burgers at Rosie's All American Cafe in HS. They were gray!

We will never eat a burger at a CS in HS again :scared:

OMG, I have to second those revolting burgers at Rosie's. Disgusting :scared1: . Even my DH, who will eat practically anything, thought they were bad. Just say no.

A supposed hamburger from a little hole in the wall in Animal Kingdom. It was right across from Tusker House. It was definitely a soy burger and it was cold. Decent chocolate shake though.

We're probably the only ones but the "Lamb & Chicken Shawarma" at Tangierine Cafe was gross. It had the texture of beef jerky and tasted like cardboard.:scared:

China (Nine Dragons & Lotus Blossom Cafe) - It's where cold, greasy noodles go to die.

Turkey Legs

Beverly - (a combo taste of baby asperin and spit)

the take out pizza at Pop Century. DD had been seeing the "Peace of Pizza" van all week and really wanted to order pizza. The younger kids needed a night off from going out so we said sure and ordered. The nifty tie dye van the pizza is delivered from is definitely the highlight of the Pop Century pizza experience. The pizza was horrendous. I have choked down bad pizza before but this was just inedible :crazy2:

just talked to DH on the phone and he says that yes, the pizza was downright horrendous. His description- a cardboard hockey puck coated in cornmeal with burnt nasty cheese :lmao: That about sums it up

His worst food at WDW though? The one and only time his parents took him and his sister to WDW, they ate at Pure & Simple inside the Wonders of Life Building in Epcot. I guess they all had some sort of vegetarian hotdogs (and they are all big meat eaters). It's been probably close to 20 years since they went and they all still talk about those nasty hotdogs. Maybe that's why they don't understand why we keep coming back :rolleyes1
