Just for fun: Favorite Split Stays

My favorite split stays are always MK/Epcot resort splits. We are doing a BLT/BWV split in July. So happy the fireworks are back!

BLT/BWV is my favorite split stay. We try to avoid the buses as much as possible, so we do MK during the BLT days and EP/HS during our BWV days. We usually try to do AK or DS on move day since we have to take a bus at some point that day anyway.

That's our plan too. We are taking the bus to AK twice, one time will be our switch day.

First of all, we NEVER go for less then 10 days because we are coming from California and we want to make it worth the travel.
The first time we stayed a split stay was when the kids were small and we stayed at AKL and the Poly (before they put in those huts on the beach) it was spectacular!
since they killed the view at the Poly we have stayed split at a few others...POFQ /AKL, Yacht club/Grand Floridian and a few others.
Some how we always seem to end up at AKL for a couple of days! I love to watch the animals roaming around and FOOD choices there are simply delicious! staying there is pretty expensive for some one on a budget but it's always worth it to do a split stay with a less expensive resort.

We’ve done lots of split stays and my favorite was a 2 bedroom at Bay Lake Tower for 4 nights then moved to a 2 bedroom savannah view at AKL for another 4 nights. What a great trip!
