Just Finished Exercising!!

I work two to three days per week. I decided this weekend that on the days that I do not work, I am going to start walking - briskly!
So today I did not talk myself out of it like I have in the past - just put on my tennis shoes and took off. I feel full of energy right now. I'm doing it again tomorrow! Wish me luck!
 
Way to go, Antonia! Force yourself for the first few days and pretty soon your body will crave the exercise.
 
Good girl! I mean it, I wish I had the discipline to exercise more. Two girls at work and I walk during our last break at work most days. It is only 15 minutes, but we walk briskly and I tell myself it is better than nothing.:rolleyes:
 
Good for you!!! I get up at 4 am when everyone is still asleep. That way I dont have to deal with my kids.;)
 

That's great. I started walking about a month ago. I am walking 3 miles 6 days a week. I am trying to lose 14lbs. I have only seen 2lbs. drop so far. I figure I must be gaining muscle. I have cut back on my calories too. Hopefully the other 12lbs. will start dropping off soon.
 
Me too! :) I got up from the computer & loaded the dishwasher. Boy, all that bending really wore me out. Or, doesn't that count? Even just a little? ;)
