Just FedExed my documents back to disney, what will happen next?

I FedEx'd my package on July 15 (Thursday), they received it July 20. Somewhere in there, I got a phone calll from the rep but I had called to change my financing option (I found a lower cost source) so I needed the payoff figure. I received a notice earlier this week that Disney had approved my original loan application on the 20th. Essentially, they approved it the day that they received it. I had talked to my rep who told me that everything had been in order prior to getting the notice that the credit approval had been accepted. As I stated, I had contacted them to have a change in financing so I don't know if they normally would call you. I do know that they will send you notification that the credit application has been approved. Does this help. Oh, the credit application points out the closing date which is actually in the set of documents that you still have.

This is what just happened with us starting end of May:

FedEX our stuff

Week to the day later we got a call from our guide saying we were accepted and welcoming us.

Next day we got the acceptance letter and copies of our paperwork we signed for them.

three(3) weeks later (this past tuesday) we received our Annual dues notice, Direct deposit gibberish, and a notice saying our deed was recorded on July 20th. Also we received the sweet DVC backpack in the mail.

The letter said within ninety(90) day we will receive our deed and our members kit (with blue cards)

Hope that gives you a little better idea of what is going on. Waiting is always hard, but it seems to be well worth it!
