Just done something a little impulsive!!!!

Opps - now this is why me, the eurostar website and a credit card is a very bad idea!! This weekend is my birthday and I'm spending it either househunting or sat on a train. *sob* So next weekend (bank holiday) I'd thought I'd actually celebrate it by having a nice meal with my family - but they're all disappearing to the Lake District and my friends are working (they are an accountant, a police officer and a prison warden) so I'm a lonely one. Armed with my credit card I stumbled onto the eurostar website and found a train to Disneyland. So I booked it!!!
So now I'm off to DLP next saturday for two days. Upset that BTM will be closed but at least I may go on some other rides!

What have I done???!!!!

Why don't have fun on your own? Better to be alone on one of the happiest places on earth than beeing lonely at home! Enjoy yourself there. Great decision!!!

Thanks everyone!!!! I know I'll have a great time but I wish I wasn't so impulsive...but you know when it seems like a really good idea at the time. Oh well, it's not like I have someone telling me the money could be better spent (as if!!!!)
Off to go plan now - ohhhhh the excitement is definately worth the cost!!! Oh, and I must go buy some lime green ribbon - I thought I had another 2 months to source some!! I'll be keeping an eye out for other ribbons (tinkerbell I'll be keeping an eye out for your ribbon!!)

Have a wonderful time. we are dissapointed too that BTM will be closed when we have our adults only break in september but plenty of other things to keep us busy. Enjoy yourself.

I'm staying at the Citea in Bussy St Georges. Its working out at a total cost of £60 (whoooooo) though it does mean using the RER but thats okay as its only 2 stops which I think takes 5 minutes - thats quicker than some of the hotels near disney!!

I'll look out for your lime green ribbon!!!

Just realised that I was there for the first late opening of the park (14th July) and I'll be there for the last (27th August) How did I manage that!!
