Hello. On Wednesday I was diagnosed with Candida Parapsilosis, which is apparently a fungus/yeast in my blood. It has caused various problems for about a year and I am happy to have a diagnosis, but am very interested in talking with someone else who has been through this. If you have any info, I would love to chat with you. Thanks!

Lori

I have no info for you. But wanted to wish you the best of luck in getting things moving now that you have a diagnosis. :)

I do not have any info either.. did you google it...sometimes there are people who are in the same situation and you might find them talking about it on a website..

I don't have much info either. However, I believe I have something similar. The best way to combat excess yeast is with diet. That means not eating anything that will feed the yeast in your system. It is a very simple diet but not easy by any means. You cannot eat anything with yeast in it, anything with sugar in it, Cheese can cause problems as can potatoes, corn and beets. In essense you can eat meat and veggies. Veggies that are fresh are best. You might want to check with your local health food store to see if they have any information on your condition and ways you can support your doctors treatment plan. I hope this helps
