Do your TA's send out holiday cards to you? Does that seem to make it a more personal experience? See, I am sending out cards to clients and I just want to see if it is the norm...

I received a card and a refridgerator magnet from the TA I used last year for a girls-only cruise. The TA is someone who was recommended here on the disboards. Originally, I had booked a family Disney cruise and then cancelled when we decided to go to Maui instead. She handled the cancellation very professionally and didn't make me feel bad at all...she said you have a great time in Maui and credited our deposit that day. When I called back to book the girls-only cruise, she was so helpful, even though our cruise was a real cheap one--just a 4 night Baja cruise!

I recommended her to my sister for her upcoming Disney cruise and she's had great service too!

I think that it's always a nice thing to keep in touch with your past clients--when I book another cruise I will be using the same TA!

That is sweet! I never got anything from my TA's, so I wanted to do things like this for my clients.
