I received a card and a refridgerator magnet from the TA I used last year for a girls-only cruise. The TA is someone who was recommended here on the disboards. Originally, I had booked a family Disney cruise and then cancelled when we decided to go to Maui instead. She handled the cancellation very professionally and didn't make me feel bad at all...she said you have a great time in Maui and credited our deposit that day. When I called back to book the girls-only cruise, she was so helpful, even though our cruise was a real cheap one--just a 4 night Baja cruise!
I recommended her to my sister for her upcoming Disney cruise and she's had great service too!
I think that it's always a nice thing to keep in touch with your past clients--when I book another cruise I will be using the same TA!
