Ok, we have the dinning plan. If we get the refillable mugs when we order our CS at the resort we also get a drink with that. Does it have to be from the fountain or can we get milk or something else from the coolers?

You can get a drink from the coolers with your CS meal at your resort. We got milk, chocolate milk, tea, green tea, juice...etc.,

Angela Kay is right. The beverage you choose as part of your counter service meal can be selected from the cooler. You can later put it in your refillable mug if you want, but the mugs can only be refilled free from the fountains outside the cashier areas.

We got Powerade and bottled water with our counter service at the resort and saved them for the next day at the park. We drank from the refillable mugs for our meal.
