Just curious, What is your occupation?

how cool for you to own DVC so early on! I wish I had saved up more of my money when I was younger and bought into DVC.. instead I'm now saving my pennies and hoping I can purchase DVC in a few years.

I got really lucky to not have any student loans...My grandparents helped pay for college and to fall into owning my own business at age 20. The studio I had danced at my whole life closed down and my former teachers offered me the business so I had an already established school. I also still live at home so I have no other real bills I guess. But my boyfriend and I figured that this was the perfect time to buy because in a few years when we buy a house we will def not be int hat position!

I am a Commercial Credit Officer for a private investment firm based in So. Cal. We only lend to churches and church-related organizations (schools, para-church ministries). DW is a stay-at-home mom/home-educator to our 3 kids (so that also makes me a principal! )

My husband is a Music Teacher K-12 for special and behavioral needs ....and I'm a teachers aide for 5 and 6 year olds in the same school. Hard but rewarding. Oh and he writes jingles for the radio.... Disney nuts !!!!!

Software Consultant - currently working for AT&T and about to be at the end of my term with them, then maybe - kept man ? A supporter of two colleges SVA-DS and DCAD- DD. Keeper of the Schnauzer patrol - Max and Sascha ! My DW is the system engineer for a major carrier Voice over IP service.

currently a SAHM, in my former life as an employed person I was a network analyst for an internet company. Which translates into 'paid lots of money to do nothing'.

I am now a SAHM but I used to help run my family's auto body shop. I was manager there and my DH's boss ! My grandfather started the business in 1980 with hardly no money at all and the shop has grown in to a multi million dollar business - not that that means we're wealthy ! My DH is our painter - I talked him in to coming to work there so he'd be closer to home as he commuted an hour to and from work to do templating for granite and marble tops. He's an excellent painter too! I miss my work, but I love being a SAHM too.
