RN's working in Hospice are godsend.

Thanks that is why DH and I have annual passes and go to WDW 2 to 3 times a year. Everyone at my work thinks I am crazy. But this is how I cope with taking care of Dying people go to WDW. Others just call in ill for a mental day. I could not think of a better mental day then riding space Mountain or a character breakfast with Tigger. :upsidedow :tigger: :tink:

YES!

Hospice is such a wonderful opportunity for families to face the dying of one of their own while receiving all the support -- medical, physical, emotional, spiritual -- that they need.

They were very instrumental in helping with both my mother (Lou Gehrig's disease) and my father (cancer).

Let's hear it for those who work in hospice!

I think it takes a special kind of person to do what you do! God bless you!

I am a dentist 2 days a week. Mom to 3 all seven days.;)

I agree that nurses are all a godsend, hospice nurses in particular. And I have to :rotfl: that no one will ever refer to DH or I as godsends!:teeth:
