Just Curious: Hotel Royal Plaza Open Yet?

Has the Hotel Royal opened yet? Has anyone got a quick peek yet? I saw it listed on expedia w/a few updated photos. I like the colors.

We were at Disney over New Years and the Royal Plaza was NOT open yet.

It opened last week.

Got home last night and our room looked at it. It was mostly dark at night, parking lot on our side full of worker type trucks and tractor trailers without the cab, at least 6 or so in my photo. Looked gloomy each time we went by. I noticed some cars there in front, but assumed they were workers because it didn't appear to be open. It may have been open, but am guessing not all of it is.
