Just Curious: Disney, How are you going to vote?

I just signed on to the the voting site to cast my ballot and found that there is more than just the Eisner question. There are four proposals as well. Two are about labor laws in China (or lack of them) and the other interesting one is in regards to theme park safety. For the record, the Disney company recommends voting against all three.

Personally I'm not sure about the Chinese Labor Laws. It sounds like a good idea to stop abuses but it may just be more paper work then action. I will probably vote for the accident reporting. Asking Disney or any other company to be totally responsible for their reporting seems a bit much.

I don't think minor shareholders( such as myself) have any clout at all in Disney voting. The big guys own the largest percentage of the shares, so I never vote. ((shrug))
