Just Completed Online Survey

I just completed an online survey from Disney about booking resort ressies. Since I stated that I booked over the phone it went into questions about why didn't I book online and would I if... (best price guaranteed online, live chat availble, etc.) It looks like maybe they're considering making some changes to how you can book online!
 

Me, too! I thought it was funny. By the end, how many times and in many different ways could I state that It is cheaper to book over the phone. Would I book online if it were cheaper? Yes. Would I book online for an incentive (photo?) Give me a break! :earboy2:

If/When it gets cheaper to book online, people will.

They e-mail it to some of us lucky people.
 
got a survey today but was asking about my online purchases.
guess it was the day for surveys
 
Just completed mine too, I agree looks like they want more of us to make our ressies on line......
 
I completed this survey earlier today. . .hopefully we will see some changes. . .
 
Yup, I got the survey too. I'm kinda hopeful to see better incentives for online booking. I loved letting them know that I've booked ressies thru other sites because of discounts and I've never booked online thru Disney because of rack rates. I hope they do find ways to improve online booking.
 
I did the survey too. Ummm, how many winners for the Amazon gift certificate? Maybe we're the only ones to complete it;)
 
got 2 requests, one for me, one for DH :smooth: I filled them both out!
Maybe some good changes in the future???
 
I think WDW surveys are complete BS. I filled one out myself, but does WDW care about feedback? I'm rather irked with them right now. You know how they supposedly "welcome" feedback? I sent them directly an e-mail commenting on how lovely their character breakfast meals are, but mentioned that there are many who would love for Lilo and Stitch to have a regular appearance at one. They e-mailed me back and in short, told me they were sorry but they are not allowed to read an email that suggests anything to them. They cannot take suggestions for improvement (WTHECK!?!?!) or ideas (Uh...Why did Walt have to go!? He would have cared what people thought!) because it takes away from their own creativity. So they thanked me for the thought behind e-mailing them, but they had to delete the entire thing so they would not read it and get in troulbe for taking a customer suggestion. Is that not messed up? They will probably look at the survey comments through the same arrogant lens filters. I've lost faith in WDW. :( I hope our honeymoon there is magical, I'm sure it wil be no matter what, but I doubt we will return soon to WDW afterwards. That letter they sent me REALLY made my blood boil.
 
what do you have to do to get a survey ? do you have to be a member somewhere ?
