Just got an email that we officially closed, and I can call MS in 1 or 2 weeks to make my first reservation!!!

Timeline....
don't remember exact dates but offer was accepted on 2/24 and today, 5/4 officially closed...worked with Fidelity and really was a fine process.

Fingers crossed I can get what I want for Oct 19-23!!!!!

I also am playing the waiting game. Purchased 250 AK pts ... finished closing and all the fun waiting stuff involved with that and when it was finally closed was told that it would take approx 6-10 days for the system to be updated with my info so we could book. At the 10 day mark was told to give i 14 total days because Disney may be backlogged a bit (which is totally understandable considering the new rules that went into effect). Called Friday (14 day mark) and was still not in the system. Notified the title company and he contacted Disney to see what was happening. He forwarded an email to me from Disney apologizing for the delay and also stated that they currently had 200 files that had to be loaded into the system. This was yesterday, so I am hoping Monday it is finally complete and we can book our vacation. Hope yours does not take as long because the worst part of the whole thing is knowing your almost complete ... just waiting on 1 thing .. and that gets delayed.
