Poor Goofy and Pluto! I don't understand why, but people at WDW are always getting them mixed up! So give me a show of hands- do you all know the dfference?

How about Chip and Dale?

Pluto and Goofy are easy to tell apart - its the darn chipmunks that always trip me up. I know one has a red nose but can never remember which one!

You can remember the difference in Chip and Dale this way. Chip has the black nose, like a chocolate chip. Hope that helps. It did me.

Chip has a black nose & one tooth.

Dale has a brown nose & two teeth.

I don't have troubel telling them apart. I was going to tell you the thing about the chocolate chip but wdwdawg beat me to it. I guess I didn't really need to make this post then.

Goofy & Pluto are so easy to tell apart.

And Chip & Dale are to. You just need to look at their noses.

When I was in Disney World one year, back when the Chip & Dale show The Rescue Rangers was really popular. Well the chipmunks were walking around MGM in jackets with the show's emblem on the back.

Two people were arguing over how to tell them apart. The nose & tooth thing kept coming up. This big biker guy is online behind the people arguing. He leans in & goes "You can tell them apart by the names on their jackets". Chip heard it & came up & kind of play smacked the two people (who had been arguing) heads, and gave a thumbs up to the big guy.

Ok so it is not really funny, but it cracked me up at the time.

Pluto is Mickey's dog and Goofy is Mickeys friend.Plus Pluto no clothes and Goofy does wear clothes right.I hope so if not I'm in trouble.

Pluto and Goofy are so easy to tell apart. Thats kind of like confusing Donald and Mickey. I used to have trouble with Chip and Dale. THanks to the DIS, I don't anymore. I learned the chocolate chip thing.

Now I know how to tell Chip from Dale & vice versa! I didn't know the clue to it all was a chocolate chip cookie & that's so easy to remember!

I definitely would never mix up Pluto & Goofy, so I'm good to go there.

I figured you all would know! I can understand when people get the munks mixed up...but Pluto and Goofy?? Yet, it happens every day!
