Just cancelled a cruise online.

That's good news, but sorry to hear you had to cancel an upcoming cruise. :sad1:
Meh it was overpriced. I’m not sure when they added the option, but I didn’t see it last week, and I couldn’t get through on the phone. This should really cut down the phone wait times with the ability to modify and cancel online.
 
I PIF and then pushed the "Manage your Cruise" and it said I couldn't. I didn't have anything I wanted to change but was just curious , . the only way to learn is to push those buttons!

If you go to the help section on DCL q&a. It says if you are PIF you still have to call. No idea why that is If your outside the penalty phase.
 
I’ve booked cruises on NCL, Royal and Carnival and you can’t do anything online. Of course their hold times aren’t 12 hours long. If Disneys not going to hire phone agents this is defined the way to go.
