Swan/Dolphin release new rates on Fridays. Some people have had luck on Hotwire with the Dolphin recently at $109 (I haven't tried this service so can't help you with the specifics). They also offer 50% off rack rates with the Entertainment book and they have a teachers rate of $144-Swan or $129-Dolphin. I'm trying to rent DVC points at OKW (not all my dates are available yet) but have booked the Dolphin as a backup.
