just bought the brits guide and have a query?!

hiya,after hearing about this book on here i thought i ought to treat myself and its a brilliant book-me and the kids are fighting over who gets to read it-even the littlest is in on the fight cos he wants to look at the pictures!but anyway my query is theres a bit that says you can camp at DCR ,does this still happen as my friend has just invested in a pretty fancy tent with the idea of doing camping holidays and asked me whether you could camp at disney anywhere ,i thought that you used to be able to camp at dcr but no longer,but this is the updated 2006-2007 guide ? anyone know the answer,thxs in advance liz

No there is no camping available at DCR, only cabins which are either 1 or 2 bedroom

thanks ,that what i thought ,though i would assume theres some good camp sites near dlp somewhere,and from the price she tells me for a tent pitch i`m half tempted-although i think i need my home comforts a bit too much!

when my parents went to DLP they camped, I don't know where they stayed however they have a book which list all the campsites in france.

When Gavin & I were there in Dec' there where about 30 camper vans parked in the car park and they were there for the night with people staying in them. Not sure if it was a specialy arranged event thingy but I dont think a car park, even a Disney one is a good place to bed down for the night!
